Twin Cipher, located in the Fairfield county area, offers full-service web design and development solutions to clients of all sizes. Our clients are typically small business owners and corporations (B2B and B2C) who realize they need a website that not only helps them increase revenue, satisfy and support customer needs, but also give them a professional presence on the web.

Twin Cipher's strengths include crisp designs, easy navigation, outstanding graphics and powerhouse custom programming solutions for website applications.

Return On Investment (ROI), our websites are designed to help you grow, because they grow with your business. A dynamic website is a must for any business, thats why our solutions are modularized and scalable so future additions and revisions are less expensive and quicker to implement.

We incorporate a flexible employee base that grows or shrinks based specifically on project demand.
This not only allows us to have adequate staff available for every project, but also allows us to keep overhead to a minimum which translates into direct savings to every client. All owners, employees and clients are bound by a contract from start to finish for every project. This helps ensure integrity is kept throughout the entire project life span.
